Starting your NDIS journey can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible Australians with permanent and significant disability, helping them access the supports and services they need to achieve their goals and participate fully in everyday life.

Our Supports
Niel Health Services provides Support Coordination (Level 1 & Level 2), Assistance with Daily Life, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite, Individualised Living Options (ILO), Community Participation and Transport.
Yes. Many participants receive a combination of supports tailored to their goals and NDIS plan.
Every participant is different. We take time to understand your goals, preferences and lifestyle before developing a personalised approach.
Absolutely. As your goals and circumstances change, we review and adjust your supports with you.
Making A Referral
Participants, family members, carers, hospitals, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), allied health professionals, GPs and community organisations.
You can complete our online referral form, email us or contact our team directly.
We aim to acknowledge referrals promptly and contact participants as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
We'll review the information, contact the participant (or referrer where appropriate), discuss support needs and begin planning personalised services.
