As Founder, Director and CEO of Niel Health Services, Purity Adubofour leads the organisation with a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Drawing on experience across healthcare, disability support and public health, she is passionate about empowering participants, supporting families and building trusted partnerships within the community.
Her leadership is grounded in integrity, excellence and accountability, with a strong belief that exceptional care begins with genuine human connection and respect for every individual's unique journey.
